Went with family to help look for back to school outfits for our grandchildren. Went to Journeys for shoes, boots, went to von maur for clothes and Macy's too. Great selections. Of course speed at Auntie Annie's. It wasn't crowded at all.

I hadn't been to this mall in quite some time. Very clean and bright inside. Wide aisle ways for walking and easily navigating around slower shoppers. A few empty locations near one end. But overall, contrary to most other mall locations in middle America, this place seems to be thriving. Lots of convenient trash receptacle locations.

This place is awesome. It's indoors and have plenty of stores to go to. It's pretty clean as well. Definitely would recommend!

A very beautiful mall in Grand Rapids with many stores selling different kinds of merchandise, including clothing, shoes, home furnishings, gifts, and decorations, as well as stores from our favorite brands. You'll definitely find what you're looking for. There are also restaurants to suit different tastes, such as Texas de Brazil, with meats for the most discerning palate. Excellent place, 10 out of 10.

Rachel at Sephora was absolutely amazing. I took a long hiatus from wearing makeup and came in feeling a little overwhelmed and unsure of where to even start. She took her time with me, really listened to what I was looking for and helped me rebuild my entire makeup routine with products that actually fit my needs and skin.

I came to this location to find Labubu’s in the official popmart vending machine but sadly all Labubu and the monsters were sold out, they did however have lots of other popmart goodies including Harry Potter mystery boxes. I would definitely recommend if you can get them on day they’re in stock. Beware the store down the hall “Showcase” sells them as well but they are asking for $99.99 and up for basic $27 Labubu’s like the Have A Seat series please be wary and avoid this store that is obviously reselling either vending machine items or dupes and even if they are real they are not an official seller and are hugely overpriced.

While other malls are struggling to survive, this mall is nearly 100% occupied by all the stores you know and love to visit while at the mall. From The Cheesecake Factory to Auntie Anne's, theres tons of food options in the food court and plenty of shopping to be done. This mall is an example of what other malls should be in order to thrive. The parking lot is even nice without potholes.

Nice indoor mall with many shops, food court, clean bathrooms, and more! Highly recommend this mall. Always a nice place to go!

The mall was clean, smelled amazing and everyone was nice ! Although me and my family got there 30 minutes before they closed, it was a great experience for us to see the different stores and try some new chocolate.
